This arrived today, and I used it straight away. It fits a lot , I can even fit my crockpot with plenty of room to spare for other items. This unit does not have a traditional cutlery basket, it has a long ,shallow basket designed for chop sticks, but it works just as well, I'm not bothered by this.Some people have noted a plastic smell during operation, this unit does not smell at all. It is very quiet. I'm very pleased with this purchase, it is more hygienic than using dish towels to dry dishes, I should have got this years ago. I can see why new parents are raving about this product. Dishes come out completely dry and warm, stylish, more functional than traditional dish racks,easy to clean, 5 stars for hygiene, functionality and being so quiet. Plus my time can be best spent doing other things than standing drying dishes and then having to wash the dish towels after, so win,win.
